The Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) is set to make a significant impact in 2025 with the launch of two major events: the SFA Expo and the Riyadh Marathon. Scheduled for February 5-8, 2025, this initiative reflects the Federation’s dedication to promoting healthier lifestyles and enhancing community engagement through physical activity.
SFA Expo: A Hub for Health, Fitness, and Wellness
The SFA Expo will take place from February 5-7, 2025, at the JAX District, offering an engaging experience focused on health, fitness, and wellness. The event will feature a variety of interactive zones, including sections dedicated to children’s sports, physical activities, athlete success stories, fitness technologies, and nutrition. A designated marathon zone will provide a streamlined process for race kit distribution and pre-race activities. The inaugural SFA Expo attracted over 12,000 visitors, 58 exhibitors, 13 Saudi federations, and 60 renowned speakers, setting the stage for an even bigger event in 2025.
Riyadh Marathon: A Race for All
On February 8, 2025, the Riyadh Marathon will offer four different race categories: a 42 km full marathon, a 21 km half marathon, a 10 km race, and a 4 km family run. Participants will run through some of Riyadh’s most iconic landmarks, making for a truly scenic experience. The 2024 edition attracted over 20,000 runners from 125 countries, with Saudis accounting for 58% of the total participants. The 2025 edition of the marathon aims to draw in 40,000 runners, continuing to grow the event’s international appeal.

Both the SFA Expo and Riyadh Marathon are supported by key sponsors. Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) returns as the presenting partner for the Riyadh Marathon, providing crucial support for the event. Other strategic partners for both events include ASICS, a global leader in sportswear, and Tawuniya, a top-tier insurance company. These partnerships are essential to ensuring the success of both initiatives.
