Held at Halle 7, the grand affair welcomed over 120 esteemed guests, including retailers, journalists, distributors, and cigar aficionados, all eager to witness the introduction of this exquisite limited-edition Habano.

Switzerland has long been a significant market for Habanos, with Intertabak AG serving as the exclusive distributor in Switzerland and Liechtenstein since 1995. Given the country’s strong cigar culture and appreciation for premium craftsmanship, it provided the ideal stage for unveiling the Ramón Allones Absolutos Edición Limitada 2024, a 49-ring gauge x 156 mm vitola, designed for connoisseurs who appreciate bold flavour and meticulous artistry.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed an exclusive tasting experience featuring a curated selection of Ramón Allones cigars, including the No. 3, Gigantes, and the newly released Absolutos. Each Habano is entirely handmade with long filler leaves sourced from the legendary Vuelta Abajo plantations* in Cuba, a region celebrated for producing the world’s finest tobacco. Adding to the evening’s significance, José María López Inchaurbe, Vice-President of Development at Habanos, S.A., delivered an insightful speech, revealing the craftsmanship and heritage behind Habanos Limited Editions. Hosted by Patric Much, who previously led the global launch of Montecristo L’Esprit, the event also featured a mesmerising performance by the French Latin Jazz band Los Guapos.
